Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Lead architecture discussions and make critical technical decisions that drive product success and scalability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java (React, Node.js preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (equivalent experience accepted).
