Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end software design, architecture, and implementation of scalable web and mobile applications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of excellence.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to optimize system performance and security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#, along with experience in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Node.js).
- Database: Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
- Cloud: Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
