Responsibilities
- Architect scalable backend services using Node.js and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/Redis)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes
- Lead agile sprints and translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct security audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Present technical solutions to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and cloud infrastructure
- Proven track record of shipping production systems at scale
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with fintech payment systems preferred
