Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features on time.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Agile Process: Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python or Java, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript preferred.
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
