Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead agile development cycles using Jira and Confluence while maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis caching strategies
- Conduct thorough testing (unit/integration) and implement security best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java and Spring framework
