Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot and React
- Design scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to define technical requirements
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React frameworks
- Strong AWS cloud architecture skills
- Proficient with CI/CD tools and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
