Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Lead agile sprints using Jira and Confluence
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain deployment automation

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Spring Boot or Python/Node.js
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with certification preferred
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade applications
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
