Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-quality software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices for coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring 99.9% uptime and rapid load times.
- Identify technical risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases through refactoring and technical debt reduction.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with database design and SQL optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
