Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of microservices-based AI infrastructure serving 10M+ users
- Optimize data pipelines for real-time machine learning model deployment
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Conduct system performance tuning and scalability analysis
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Drive DevOps best practices including IaC and monitoring solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with distributed systems architecture
- Proven track record with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with database optimization (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
