Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexability, and site speed issues.
- Develop and execute high-level keyword research and strategy to target high-intent search terms.
- Implement on-page optimization strategies to improve content relevance and user experience.
- Execute white-hat link-building campaigns to boost domain authority and referral traffic.
- Monitor search algorithm updates and adjust strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in an agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep understanding of Google’s Search Essentials and latest algorithm updates (Core Web Vitals, Panda, Penguin).
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
