Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art generative models (Transformers, Diffusion, GANs) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into advanced AI architectures.
- Research and implement novel techniques in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our internal AI engineering culture.
- Ensure model fairness, transparency, and robustness in production.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning and natural language processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and model versioning.
- Track record of publishing research or deploying impactful AI products.
