Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 AI initiatives, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Architect robust, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling exascale data processing.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Neuromorphic computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into technical blueprints.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, with hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts is a major plus.
