Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to autonomous, AI-driven workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements for futuristic tech solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, ethics, and security compliance in AI deployments.
- Conduct proof-of-concept testing for emerging technologies like Quantum Computing integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML and system architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and predictive analytics.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes).
