Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Spearhead the research and development of cutting-edge Transformer architectures and generative models tailored for Project 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant neural networks capable of processing exabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Algorithm Optimization: Push the boundaries of model efficiency and inference speed to meet the demands of latency-sensitive applications.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate theoretical research into deployable, high-impact software solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and set the technical vision for the AI ethics and safety protocols.
- Publication: Author and present high-impact papers at top-tier AI conferences to establish industry thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning with a proven track record of research publications.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; extensive experience with Hugging Face and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Mathematical Proficiency: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and innovate under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
