Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines from the ground up.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research teams to translate theoretical models into production-ready, robust software.
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices for code reviews, automated testing, and comprehensive documentation.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Drive performance tuning and cost optimization for large-scale distributed systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
