As a key architect of our foresight practice, you'll work directly with C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and market expansion strategies for Fortune 500 partners.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author executive-level trend reports and predictive analytics for C-suite decision-making
- Build and maintain global networks of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development and R&D pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (required)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
