- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design and execute horizon-scanning methodologies for market shifts
- Mentor senior leadership in future-thinking decision-making
- Drive adoption of ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and future-backward methodologies
- Strong data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends
- Fluency in strategic innovation frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean Strategy, Delphi Method)
