Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and global trends to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Design human-centered innovation frameworks for future product ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Develop quantitative models for technology adoption forecasting
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven experience with AI/ML, biotech, or quantum computing trends
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Experience with strategic roadmapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro)
