Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Foresight Framework using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate disruptive technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, neural interfaces)
- Produce quarterly Future Impact Reports for executive stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and government innovation labs
- Design and facilitate immersive innovation workshops for leadership teams
- Monitor global geopolitical shifts and their implications on technological adoption
- Create roadmaps for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in technology trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Expertise in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palantir, Gartner, or proprietary platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex sociotechnical trends into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Experience facilitating executive-level innovation workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications preferred
