- Design and maintain Horizon Dynamics' proprietary trend intelligence platform
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and horizon scanning reports
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario development methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful foresight projects
