Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Design and facilitate futures-thinking workshops with global stakeholders
- Produce predictive intelligence reports on quantum adoption, AI governance, and climate resilience
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight frameworks for client organizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Proficiency in futures mapping tools (e.g., Futurist, Trend Hunter)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board members
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year+ strategic foresight projects
