Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 strategic foresight reports analyzing disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and ESG frameworks
- Manage a portfolio of emerging technology pilots (AI ethics, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analyses in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep knowledge of climate tech, AI governance, and sustainable development frameworks
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Portfolio of published future scenarios implemented by Fortune 500 companies
