Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market disruptions, and socio-economic trends with 2026+ impact
- Develop quantitative foresight models using advanced data analytics, machine learning, and scenario planning methodologies
- Translate complex future projections into actionable strategic roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and present findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation workshops to challenge assumptions and co-create future scenarios with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, technology forecasting, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in quantitative trend analysis, predictive modeling, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, clean energy) and their convergence impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Delphi methods) and data visualization platforms
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal supervision
