Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Produce actionable trend reports for executive stakeholders across finance, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability paradigms
- Establish quantitative/qualitative forecasting models for market disruption scenarios
- Present findings to global leadership teams with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (journal articles, books)
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
