Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Design and validate prototype solutions for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on future-readiness
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for collaborative innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Strong project management skills with complex cross-functional initiatives
