- Partner with product teams to integrate future-facing insights into development roadmaps
- Establish cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
