Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Architect scalable APIs and microservices to support high-traffic federal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Security Analysts) to define feature requirements.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices for security and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the department.
- Ensure full compliance with federal IT security standards (FISMA, NIST).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (Secret/Top Secret) is a plus.
