Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance optimization and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and agile ceremonies to ensure code quality and team alignment.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
