Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high throughput across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous technical code reviews to maintain code quality.
- Identify and resolve complex system bottlenecks and bugs efficiently in a live environment.
- Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
