What You Will Do
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will bridge the gap between frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust performance. You will lead technical initiatives and mentor junior developers, driving the future of our products.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and build scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast load times and optimal user experience across all devices.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
