Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design and development of high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Architecture: Design scalable system architectures and database structures to support business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Testing & Debugging: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and stability.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation for all systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
