Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Participate in the full SDLC, from technical planning to deployment and maintenance.
- Contribute to technical documentation and ensure best practices in security and compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong backend skills with Node.js or Python and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
