Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement scalable solutions to improve system reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js is required.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and caching strategies (Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude.
