Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to improve system stability and long-term maintainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong experience with server-side technologies, including Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
