Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test scripts to identify software defects and bugs.
- Analyze application workflows and UI elements to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Document detailed bug reports and track issues in Jira until resolution.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Perform regression testing on new releases to ensure no existing functionality is broken.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies (Black Box, White Box, Agile/Scrum).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to write clear, concise bug reports and communicate effectively with developers.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting languages (Python/Java) is a plus.
