Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the technical roadmap.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and a modern backend language (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
