Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and develop scalable, high-quality full-stack web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement technical requirements.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- API Development: Design and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services securely.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues across the full stack and implement timely fixes.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise technical documentation for code and system architecture.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
