Responsibilities
- Conduct Data Analysis: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for our clients.
- Client Support: Provide tier-one technical support and data analysis guidance to internal stakeholders and external clients via phone and email.
- Report Generation: Create clear, visual dashboards and reports using Excel and SQL to communicate findings effectively.
- Data Entry & Maintenance: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within our CRM and database systems.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the senior team to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements for data handling.
- Training: Participate in daily training sessions to master our proprietary tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Information Technology) OR equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and a willingness to learn SQL and Python.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately and work a full-time schedule.
