Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, and cloud services).
- Code Leadership: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while establishing and enforcing coding standards across the team.
- System Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring 99.9% uptime and lightning-fast load times.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Security: Implement best-in-class security practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on the Full Stack.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
