Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into elegant code solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure code quality and maintainability across the codebase.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex backend issues in real-time.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
