Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable web applications and microservices using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews for the development team.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and speed.
- Testing & Deployment: Participate in the full CI/CD pipeline, ensuring automated testing and seamless deployments to production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar runtime environments.
- Database: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a track record of delivering on time.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
