Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Code Leadership: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices across the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks and implement performance tuning to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Testing & Deployment: Participate in the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring rigorous testing and smooth deployment to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js or Angular and modern CSS (Sass/LESS).
- Backend: Strong command of Node.js, Python, or Java for building robust APIs.
- Database: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud & Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and version control (Git).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
