Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsive, accessible user experiences across all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Conduct thorough code testing and debugging to maintain high code quality standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and a modern backend language (Node.js or Python).
- Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
