Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, functional solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production environments to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Optimize application performance and database queries to enhance user experience and speed.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, with strong experience in at least one modern framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
