Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers and product managers to define feature requirements.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in web development and integrate best practices into the development lifecycle.
- Debug complex issues and resolve technical challenges efficiently under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases and ORM tools such as Sequelize or TypeORM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid setting.
