Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
- System Optimization: Analyze application performance and database queries to identify bottlenecks, optimizing load times and user experience.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver features on strict timelines.
- Testing & QA: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Frontend Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular with a deep understanding of state management and component lifecycle.
- Backend Skills: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, along with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
