Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, production-ready code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, perform debugging, and contribute to the technical debt reduction strategy.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging front-end trends, frameworks, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Sass, Tailwind CSS, or Styled Components).
- Strong proficiency in React.js or Next.js ecosystem.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Context API).
- Excellent understanding of web performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
