Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end development of responsive, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth interactions across all devices and browsers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and translate design mockups into pixel-perfect code.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
- Testing: Implement automated testing strategies (Unit, Integration, E2E) to guarantee software reliability and reduce bugs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a specific focus on frontend technologies.
- Core Tech: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/Sass/LESS.
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in React.js and TypeScript.
- Tools: Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and version control (Git).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose scalable solutions.
