Responsibilities
- Lead development of React-based web applications using TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect responsive designs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across browsers and devices
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Implement automated testing strategies using Jest and Cypress
- Coordinate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements using AWS and Docker
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience with React/Redux
- Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
- Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive design and performance optimization
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and SEO best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance for federal projects
