Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for microservices deployment (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Lead Kubernetes cluster management and monitoring (EKS, GKE, Prometheus)
- Develop automation solutions for cloud security and compliance (AWS Security Hub, GCP Security Command Center)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve production issues and improve system reliability
- Implement cost optimization strategies for cloud environments
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps engineering
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure) with professional certifications
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go)
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and service mesh technologies
- Strong background in infrastructure automation and configuration management
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex infrastructure projects
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience in enterprise environments
